Snoring Treatment (in-office)

Snoring is a common problem that affects over 60 million people in the U.S.  Often times it may be an early sign of a more serious problem termed sleep apnea.  Snoring prevents restful sleep not only for you but also for your bed-partner.  This chronic problem leads to frequent dry mouth, throat irritation, and poor sleep hygiene in general.  As such the physicians at C/V ENT Surgical Group, Dr. Alen Cohen and Dr. Jerome Vener, which serves the San Fernando Valley, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village areas, are experts at diagnosing the cause of your snoring and whether you may be at risk for sleep apnea. Furthermore, they can review with you in detail the various treatment options for your snoring to allow you and your bed-partner to enjoy more restful sleep.  These procedures are detailed in the Snoring & Sleep Apnea Treatment section of this website.  The most common procedure used to treat habitual snoring with excellent results is the pillar implant procedure with or without laser uvulectomy.
